By using this site, you agree to the terms laid out below. If you don’t agree, please do not use our services.

1. Nature of Our Service

Thumbnail Galaxy provides professionally designed, editable PSD files for YouTube thumbnails. All designs are created by our in-house team of designers. These files are intended for personal or commercial YouTube use, subject to the terms outlined here.

2. Subscription Access

Purchasing a subscription gives you access to download and use all available PSD files during your active subscription period. Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled.

3. License and Usage

  • You may use the PSD files to create thumbnails for YouTube or similar platforms.
  • You may modify and customize them for your use.
  • You may not redistribute, resell, or share the original PSD files.
  • Use is limited to the subscriber only. Sharing login access is prohibited.

Important:
Reselling or redistributing our PSD files, whether modified or unmodified, is strictly forbidden.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital content, we generally do not offer refunds on purchases or subscriptions.

Refund Requests

If you believe your case is exceptional, you may open a help request. We will assess refund requests based on their individual merits, but we are not obligated to approve them under the following common scenarios:

  • You changed your mind after subscribing.
  • You subscribed by mistake.
  • You don’t have the expertise to use the PSD files.
  • You’re asking for a refund based on goodwill.
  • You no longer have access to specific PSDs because they were removed.
  • You cancel your subscription before the end of your billing period.
  • We made changes to these User Terms unless they materially affect your rights.
  • Your access was suspended due to a violation of these terms.

5. Indemnity

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Thumbnail Galaxy, its directors, employees, partners, and affiliates from and against any claims, actions, demands, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of our products or any breach of these terms.

6. Content Integrity

All PSDs available on Thumbnail Galaxy are created by our professional in-house designers. While we strive to ensure all designs are original and free from copyright or trademark issues, we cannot guarantee 100% immunity. If any suspicion is brought to our attention, we will investigate promptly and take appropriate action, including removing the content if needed.

Notice: We take copyright and trademark concerns seriously. If you spot a potential issue, please contact us immediately.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we find that you are violating our terms or using the service in a way that harms the platform or other users.

8. Requests

Subscribers will soon be able to request specific types of thumbnails. These requests are a bonus feature and not guaranteed to be fulfilled. Fulfilled requests will be added to the public asset library for all members to use.

Coming Soon: The request feature is currently in development and not yet available.

9. New Additions

We aim to add new thumbnails every week to keep things fresh and exciting. However, please note that uploads may occasionally be skipped due to various reasons. New additions are not guaranteed on a fixed schedule, and we appreciate your understanding.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these User Terms from time to time. It’s your responsibility to check this page periodically. If we make significant changes, we will try to notify you through email or announcements on our platform.
