Introduction

Welcome to ThumbnailGalaxy. By accessing or using our website and its content, you agree to comply with this License Agreement. This agreement governs the use of all digital assets available on ThumbnailGalaxy.

License Grant

Upon downloading Content from ThumbnailGalaxy, you are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Content in a single project. This license is for commercial or personal use, provided that the Content is not redistributed or resold.

1. What You Can Do

  • Use it in your own YouTube videos or for a client’s YouTube channel.
  • Edit it as much as you want — change colors, text, effects, etc.
  • Use it for learning and educational purposes.
  • Use it in commercial projects like monetized YouTube videos or client thumbnails.

2. What You Can’t Do

  • You cannot resell, redistribute, or give away the PSD file, whether modified or not.
  • You cannot upload the PSDs to any website, marketplace, or file-sharing platform.
  • You cannot use downloaded PSD files for multiple client projects after your subscription has ended. For example, if you download a thumbnail PSD and your subscription ends, you are no longer permitted to use the downloaded files. To use them again, you must renew your subscription.

3. Ownership

  1. All Content remains the property of ThumbnailGalaxy or its content providers. The license granted does not transfer any ownership rights to you.

4. Termination

  1. This license is effective until terminated. ThumbnailGalaxy reserves the right to terminate this license at any time if you breach any terms of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Content and destroy any copies.

5. Disclaimer

All PSDs are provided “as-is” with no guarantees. We’re not responsible if something doesn’t work as expected or if you don’t have the Photoshop skills needed to use the files properly.

6. Governing Law

These license terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be handled in UK courts.
